Consumers today are always on, connected to each other and to the world around them, all the time and in real-time. Kenney will provide an overview of the new digital economy, what it means for consumer products companies, how to capitalize on significant growth opportunities available through digital transformation and strategies, and best practices for managing the process of transforming to a consumer-driven digital enterprise. The Digitization Of Procurement, Finance and Shared Services

The Internet of Things is revolutionizing the procurement function across the CP enterprise, making it more simple, smart and strategic than ever. Digitization and disruptive technologies are changing the world and the way we work. Over the past decades, procurement has evolved from an administrative service to a strategic function. Business partnering has changed the purpose of procurement from cost cutting to value generation.  As the role of the Chief Procurement Officer evolves to the Chief Value Officer measured on value creation, you need to understand the implications of this shift and how your role in the organization may be affected.  Come hear how best-in-class consumer companies are embracing this transition and providing more value to customers as a result.

Disruption, the world of corporate is evolving. It no longer takes 20 years to build a giant company. Could your industry be the next industry targeted by entrepreneurs like Ido Leffler? Then their team goes to work building on three key pillars: hiring incredible people, developing kickass products and choosing an impactful cause. In this entertaining and informative keynote, Ido will share how to make sure your company is ready when he comes knocking on your door. In addition to his corporate roles, Ido Leffler co-authored the book Get Big Fast and Do More Good. He sits on the United Nations Foundation Global Entrepreneur Council and co-created the Shot@Life campaign with Walgreens and the UN Foundation, which provides immunization to children in need.

Embracing Disruption is In: Toxic Culture is Out

The number one complaint we hear from companies all over the world is around “toxic culture.” In this keynote, Joe Burton, Founder and CEO of Whil, presents a humor-filled look into the challenges facing companies, big and small, and recommendations to improve company culture in the age of disruption. This will include reflecting on a career running public companies as a global COO where his job description included “flying around the world to stress people out.” The root causes of erosion in corporate culture:

  • "Always-On", “On-Demand” business is a great tagline, but terrible for human beings
  • Why being overwhelmed is the new norm: more tools and information, less interaction
  • It’s Millennials vs. the Walking Retired with everyone else caught in the middle
  • Companies not living their mission
  • Change management that forgets the human element
